THE CHINESE LANGUAGE CLUB

Established date: Fall Semester, 2014-2015 Academic Year

Scope: 

• Students of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST) are always open and invited with the goal of their learning to speak Chinese language and culture.

The purpose of the club:

• To support students who are interested in learning Chinese at the MUST
• To disseminate the Chinese language and culture
• To help students learn to speak Chinese fluently and confidently

Club activities:

1. Introductory lesson
2. Help day event (introduce school and some major books for freshman)
3. Remedial Lessons
4. Chinese Language Translation
5. Book Discussion
6. Chinese Speaking Corner
7. Alumni Lecture Series
8. Visiting Professor Lecture Series
9. The club's forum focuses on personal development, creative learning, research and treatise.
10. Joint events at MUST

Membership:

Members: 30 ± students

Participation: 600 ± students per semester         

Achievements:

• In the academic year of 2018-2019, “Chinese Language Volunteer Club” successfully managed the activities of Main Club Councils of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology.
